On the other hand, we made sure we had several - and the vast majority of them local. Vegetables from our plot, produce from local producers - from cheese and fruit to honey - recipes based on or inspired by the Aegean spirit, all combined with a passion for the best.
Our tailormade breakfast and our all-day, à la carte menu await you in our restaurant. If you still want to spend the day in your room, we have two words for you: room service. And because taste is not just about what is served on a plate, our wine list and signature cocktails will have you looking for reasons to toast.

The carefully designed framework of eco-friendly practices—including, among other things, the installation of solar panels, recycling, and zero-waste practices—is not only for today’s visitors but also for tomorrow’s.
